HEMI TB's:
My modified Hemi TB's give back much better throttle response and a noticeable power gain across the whole driving range with an extra punch at wide open due to the smoother and extra volume of air it delivers. My modified Hemi TB's are unique as I have reworked them extensively giving you more features than the competition. They are optimized for maximum gains. For the money spent this is one of the simplest and most cost effective Hemi mods you can make. My Hemi TB's work excellent on stock to modified vehicles. They are an excellent value and performance improvement.

IDENTIFYING YOUR HEMI TB:
The Hemi TB's can be identified by using the last 3 numerals of their part number.
The Hemi TB started with the part number "805" and was used for the first two years of 2003 and 2004.
In 2005 the Hemi TB's electrical connector end was changed to a slotted connector and a new casting was also introduced.
The 2005 to 2012 part numbers are the "801" Hemi TB and "847" Hemi TB.
The "805" and "801" are identical except for the electrical connector. The "847" is a different casting and uses the slotted connecter.
All the 2013 and newer vehicles use the "251".

STANDARD MODIFIED HEMI TB FEATURES:
-Main Bore: 82mm (Stock Bore is 80mm)
-Front Side Taper Boring: The opening of the TB is Radiused and Taper Bored to almost 85mm leading back to an enlarged 82mm bore.
-Half Shaft: Modified Factory Shaft. The top of the shaft is removed providing extremely smooth airflow across the top of the blade and an additional +4mm more airflow at wide open throttle.
-(Optional) Backside Bore: I can also offer an optional Backside Taper Bore. The back side is taper bored to match the manifold opening very closely.

OVERSIZED 84mm HEMI TB FEATURES:
This is a Fully Oversized reworked Factory Hemi TB. For those of you that require more air than my Standard Modified Hemi TB can deliver I am very proud to announce the Fastman 84mm Hemi Throttle Body.
I put all the Fastman tricks into these 84mm TB's to come up with a premium unit that will provide all the extra air that the factory reworked TB can deliver. With a Maximum 84mm Bore and matching Oversized Blade plus the 4mm Half Shaft these are the biggest and the highest flowing factory modified TB's made. No other competitors factory modified TB outflows this one. It takes some effort to build these as they are much more labor intensive than my Standard Hemi TB's I sell. The price is set accordingly.

I Do NOT have a core exchange on the Hemi TB's. Your Hemi TB can be sent to me for professional porting or I can provide a Brand New one from Dodge that I modify. I can normally turn it around in 1 week depending on my workload. I use USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail for shipping it back.

For the Hemi TB's I can normally offer around 1 week turnaround time. Please schedule in advance.
For those that cannot tie up their vehicle I can sell you a brand new modified Hemi TB.

HEMI TB SIZING RECOMMENDS:
My Standard Modified Hemi TB is an impressive improvement over the factory Hemi TB. It is absolutley perfect for most applications. This is the one I highly recommend for the 5.7L. This TB covers everything from bone stock through the typical bolton additions like aftermarket Air Intakes, Exhausts, and Programmers. My Standard Modded Hemi TB is an excellent value and will improve your performance nicely.

I do offer the bigger Oversized 84mm Hemi TB. This is the biggest and highest flowing factory modified TB made. As stated above. No other competitors factory modified TB outflows this one. It is meant for the bigger cubic inches and built motors of the next level which require more cfm than my Standard Modded Hemi TB can deliver. This means Ported Heads, Cams, Stroker Motors, and Boosted Applications.

The "Bigger is Better Theory" is always an evil temptation but proper TB sizing does not work this way. All you need to do is match your motors air requirements. Once your motors needs are met going bigger than necessary just kills off lowend torque and does not give you anything extra. Follow my recommends and get a good result.
